Missing flame ruby item

Hey guys I've done all my quest but I think one of the horn of vastiri are missing I pick up everything from boss drop even the flame ruby and take it back to Zarka but my Inventory still don't have the Horn of the vastiri Please send the item it for me for me to finish the quest and move on to act 3, if I haven't done any quest to get it please let me know and I think this a bug. Thank you!!
