Temple auto closed on me

Second temple I ran after patch. I used a checkpoint to go back to entrance, teleported out and the big red portal was immediately closed when I spawned + the temple console popped back up from the ground.

Clicking it made me watch the 5 most diffcult to place rooms get deleted in front of my eyes. Putting them there took me multiple days and two sacrificial chambers which I can't get anymore since it's placed somewhere else and fully upgraded.. I can't take this anymore.
