Clearfell Lumbermill (simulacrum) stuck outside current arena

Hello,

While doing one wave out of the 15 waves in Clearfell Lumbermill (150x simulacrum shards), my character got stuck outside of the current wave's arena.

I managed to get rid of the wave, hoping the gates would open but they didn't.
I lost my progress, rewards from current wave, potential rewards of future waves, and 150x of my simulacrum splinters which took a while to farm.

I would like a refund for the lost 150 shards please.
