bleed from monsters applying on full es

As in tittle dmg received from monsters inflicting bleed even if the full hit was taken on energy shield. In description of mechanic it is clearly stated that damage causing bleed have to be done to life pool, i don't have any source of dmg bypass energy shield yet get affected by bleed regulary with thousands of es still on me.
