Unable to summon minions that require spirit.

I'm currently unable to summon any minions that cost spirit, despite having 258 free spirit to work with.

I can enable archmage and other meta skills, but all minions are off the table except the 2 free warriors from some sceptres.

I've tried to remove all other gems and i also tried equipping a newly crafted minion skill gem that i haven't equipped before, but no luck.
