Ascendency points bug

Hello,

I am trying to acquire my third ascendency points (points 5 and 6) and I completed both trial of Chaos level 75 - 7 stages and trial of Sekhemas (2 trials) on the same day but I haven't received any ascendency points. I am sure both entry coins I used had "will grant additional ascendency skill points".

For points 5 and 6 you need 3rd floor Sekhemas or 10 chaos trials.
