Bug with medallions in act 2

Good evening,
I'm having a trouble with the medallions in Act 2. It made me add them, but it won't let me choose between them. I see the medallions on the altar, but the symbol remains blank in the quest tab.
I can't drop them on the maps anymore. My character's name is JBelfort.
