Called Shots disables when socketing Clarity II despite sufficient remaining Spirit

I am encountering an issue where the Called Shots skill becomes disabled when socketing Clarity II, even though the Spirit pool still shows sufficient remaining Spirit.

Character Details:

Class: Deadeye
Skill: Called Shots
Total Spirit: 111

Setup:
Cast on Critical active at 23% quality
With Cast on Critical active, remaining free Spirit is 21

Steps to Reproduce:
Equip Called Shots and Cast on Critical (23% quality).
Confirm remaining Spirit is 21.

Socket Clarity I into Called Shots.
Result: Spirit shows 11 remaining.
Called Shots and Cast on Critical both function correctly.


Replace Clarity I with Clarity II in Called Shots.
Result: Called Shots disables with a not enough spirit notification.

Expected Result:
Called Shots should remain enabled as long as the Spirit requirement is met.

Actual Result:
Called Shots becomes disabled with the message “Not enough Spirit.”

Spirit pool still displays 1 Spirit remaining, indicating the cost should be satisfied.

Additional Notes:

The Spirit is correctly reserved and deducted as if clarity is functioning but called shot shuts off.

The issue appears to be specific to Clarity II, not Clarity I.

Additionally, i tried increasing my spirit amount and that did not solve the issue.
