Big slowdown after rolling and using a command ability

Not sure if this has already been reported but there's a bug you can consistently recreate when you use a command skill right after rolling that slows you down a bunch.
It's fixed after rolling again.
It's quite annoying with the new ascendancy and doesn't seem like a hard fix.
