Primal hanger bug

In the description of this skill, it say that rage has no effect and it double the rage
When I take a node that give me armor for every rage, I expect to ee that this skill has double the effect, also as the one that give you spell damage for every rage, but in fact there is nothing, like I have no rage at all.
