Choir of the Storm Lightning Bolt – cannot socket support gems

Hello!
I removed the Choir of the Storm amulet from my character. After equipping it again, I could no longer socket gems into the Lightning Bolt skill.

I am quite disappointed by this, as I have invested many hours into this character trying to make the build playable without Temporalis.

This bug has significantly impacted my overall gameplay experience, and I hope the developers are aware of it and will fix it as soon as possible...
