Sacrifical Chamber BUG

If you sacrificed the sacrifical chamber,the sacrifical chamber will never show.unless you put a new room on the old sacrifical chamber slot.

I've encountered this issue. Are you sure that placing any kind of room in the previous sacrifice room place would solve it?
