POE2 0.4 - Temple - Medallions not visible, unable to interact with temple rooms

Entered my current temple setup at the time I had:
4 medallions
14 crystals to run

Upon entering the temple and clearing, at first everything is fine. Loot is dropping and able to be picked up without issues.

However, when a medallion drops the medallion does not show up on the screen. The sound plays, the icon is on the mini map, but there is no medallion available for pickup.

Opening the Temple Map [v] also shows no medallions or medallion slots, and no they are not clicked "hide".

Also unable to interact with Flesh Surgeon Tier 3 for limbcraft and sacrificial chamber tier 3 for vaal uniques, general exalt/regal benches

If I exit the temple and engage the console, the crystals and medallions+slots are back. But there are 3 medallions on the floor inside that are un-lootable.

Fixes attempted:
Exit temple
Change character
Disable loot filter
Reboot game
Exit steam, re-enter game.

I am also getting this bug...i had 4 medallions and any medallions that drop in the temple i cannot see or interact with...except i see them on the mini map. when i exit the temple i can see all my medallions but while i'm inside of the temple they wont even show up on the right side of the screen like normal

same here, you can just hear them drop and see the icon in the map but you cant pick it up

4 medallions always has this problem

Same problem cannot do temples on couch co op now please fix , honestly this is ruining the game for me and my partner, especially bad after spending $500 + on mtx for the game
