Minions unable to summon

I currently have 352/352 spirit, with no other skill gems on other than the wand im using. The game is saying that I dont have enough spirit to summon any of my minions at all. I know GGG hates minions, but c'mon guys

also another +1 to "cast skill on XXXX" gems bugging out since thats still an issue too
