Devoured Tavakai, the Chieftain, bug insued.

Using the Devour skill on Tavakai, the Chieftain boss when he has the cull icon causes the cut-scene to break. I tested this twice, and cut-scene did not complete even after waiting 15 minutes each. Killing him without using Devour allowed the events to play out as intended.
