Levelling up on maps Rhoa dismount bug

Recently seems to start happening, whenever I level up now whilst mounted, I get dismounted but put into a sort of limbo dismount where I am either stuck inside the Rhoa or still animated like I am on the Rhoa but not. I can't remount and have to dodge roll and then remount.
