Blasphemy/Spirit Reservation Bug

I have 24 Spirit free. However, when I place my Clarity II support (cost 20 Spirit) into a Blaspemy skill slot, Blasphemy disables as if the amount of Spirit was insufficient. I suspect it has to do with the Blasphemy's quality (Reservation Efficiency) of 20% not working right. I think the displayed number of 24 Spirit available is not the way the skill perceives it.

Please fix.

Check your support gems in the skill; they often have a multiplier to Mana or Spirit cost.
For example,Heightened Curse.
