New character able to access another guilds stash and another characters stash

Never made a forum post before, but in PoE2 I made an Amazon and I'm now able to, just on that character, access another guilds stash and another persons personal stash. I am unable to access my own guild stash or my own personal stash on that character, but I am able to access both my personal stash and guild stash on all of my other characters.

Is your Amazon in the exact same league as your other characters?

To clarify, are all of these characters in PoE 2?
