I encountered an infinite game error

When I engage in multiplayer co-op in the temple gameplay, the game reports a "Buffer Underflow" error. However, the strange part is that regardless of whether I switch devices or log in through different clients, the error persists. It only returns to normal after I reset my game progress, but this results in the loss of my progress and prevents me from entering that map again.
