Blasphemy aura not inflicting Decaying Hex gem's effects even though enemies are cursed

Hey!

Currently you can slot the Decaying Hex support gem into the Blasphemy aura gem along with a curse, and even though the curse from the aura is being applied, Decaying Hex has no effect. The monsters aren't taking any damage from the support gem at all. I've tried this with Despair & Temporal Chains and neither are causing the support gem to have effects.

I really hope this isn't intended and that Decaying Hex could be made to work with Blasphemy, since it would be a cool & fun way to apply Chaos DoT so that the Dark Effigy totem would automatically target the enemies within the Blasphemy aura.

That seems like such a fun build to play with.
