Omen Of Whittling Bug or intended?

Hello,

i was crafting a wand and i whittled 6 times and it rolled Mana 6 times, i rlly dont know if this was the worst luck possible or if it is actually a bug, sadly i dont have footage, but the wand had Prefixes: fractured spell damage 119%, gain damage as fire 28%, [MANA]Suffixes: Cast Speed, Critical Hit chance for spells, +4 to all spell skills..

maybe my math is wrong or i was unlucky but we where thinking that it could maybe be a bug, because rolling 25% chance 6 times in a row is 0.0244% chance to occur.. or did i make a mistake in the craft?
