Vaal Temple - Prosthetic Research 1 can't be completed + Sandspit Abyss monsters don't spawn (VIDEO)

First:

Map: Sandspit -t15 corrupted - 6 mods map

Despite 0 monsters remaining Abyss pit didn't spawn monsters and Abyss can't be completed.

I also entered Vaal Temple from this map and reached last 2 rooms I had to clear one of which was Prosthetic research tier 1 that locked me in upon entering and even tho there's no monsters inside room remains locked and unable to complete.

There's also monster "twitching" in corner like stuck in animation that I believe should spawn as enemy but it didn't for some reason thus why room can't be completed.

I also run around adjacent rooms but there was nothing.

Happened to me as well, can't complete Prosthetic Research room.
