Theft of Ivory tusks not dropping for second character

I've run two instances of the Bone Pits. No tusks after two boss kills.

Try killing the bosses in different orders.

I logged out, waited a couple hours, then logged back in and killed the bosses in a different order. That worked.

First times, I was killing necromancer first, then beast. Second time, I killed beast first, then necromancer.

Thank you seaman. I'm no longer blocked. Still seems like a bug.
