Cast on Minion Death Missing socketed skill error doesn't go away

The spirit gem is bugged, not working even if I socket in a spell. They were working initially, but then when I fiddle with the support gems and try to swap to Comet instead of Spark it bugged. I got a new one and when I tried to put another Spark into the gem, it bugged again. So now I have two bugged spirit gem sitting in my inventory :(

I suspect that this relates to the lineage support gem Dialla's Desire, because when I have Dialla's Desire in my support gem, and I pick up my second Spark spell gem, the sockets doesn't light up and doesn't let me place the spell into the socket. If I take out the Dialla's Desire, I can then socket two Spark normally and put Dialla's Desire back on.

Another guess I have is the bug might relate to not enough spirit when I take out Dialla's Desire (as it reduced spirit cost), removing it caused the spirit to be insufficient

Also very strangely, the bugged Cast on Minion Death gem is only bugged when I am in my usual Weapon Set 1, and it is working normally if I switch to Weapon Set 2. So this might relates to my weapon which is a Dueling Wand with level 20 Spellslinger, or The Dark Defiler Rattling Sceptre.

So I guess the spirit gem is half bugged instead of fully bugged, but it is bugged nonetheless.

I have tried to restart the game, take it out and put in the stash and wait for a day, it is still bugged.
