[POE2] Character gets stuck on an infinite loading screen after character selection

Hey guys,

My friend has just encountered a weird bug (mentioned in the title)
And after speaking to the support team, they were not be able to help with that type of bug and said that he needs to contact the Dev team.

Did somebody encounter that kind of bug?
Is there any solution for that besides speaking to the Dev team?
