bug on joining players

there is a problem on joining up with players or buying items, the game will simply not load at all and will be stuck even after 30 mins it still loads after that, i quit the game and the game doesn't want to turn on it gives black screen or not responding after opening and closing after 20 times the game works i checked my internet and its more than good enough
