Extra Atlas Points available (All atlas mods already full)

So did a t3 breach with a buddy, he died
some reason xesht dropped another skill book, i clicked it
now i have permanent +2 atlas points and i cant get rid of it heh
pls fix the blinking is irritating

i tried dropping 2 breach points to see if that would work but it just went to 4 points free so cant get rid of it
