'Damage with Warcries' Modifier does not always affect corrupted blood by corrupting cry.

The modifier 'Damage with Warcries' only affects corrupted blood applied by corrupting cry if the warcry itself can deal damage, see [1].

When Infernal Cry, Seismic Cry inflict corrupted blood, the modifier applies.
When Fortifying Cry, Ferocias Roar (without another warcry) inflict corrupted blood, the modifier does not apply.

Tested on PoE2 version 0.4c.

This seems very counter intuitiv and illogical.
One out of the following two cases must be true and result in a contradiction:

Case 1: The Warcry itself inflicts corrupted blood.
In this case, corrupted blood inflicted should have the warcry tag and modifiers to damage with warcries should apply independent on the properties of the warcry.
Case 2: Corrupting Cry Support inflicts corrupted blood. In this case the modifiers should apply independent on the warcry that is being supported.

Due to this logic, I believe this is unintended and a bug.
