Master not attaching to Tier 3 Legion Camp in custom Manor layout

I am aware that the Spy Master typically does not attach to Barracks placed directly behind the Commander/Manor.

However, in my specific case, I designed a custom Manor structure where I placed other buildings in between first, intentionally positioning the Barracks further back in the sequence. Despite this layout, the Spy Master is still not attaching to the Tier 3 Legion Camp at that position.

Since the Barracks is not directly adjacent to the Commander's starting point due to the intermediate structures, I believe the Spy Master should be able to attach, and its failure to do so appears to be a bug.

Actual Result: Spy Master does not attach to the Tier 3 Legion Camp even when it's placed after other intermediate structures. Expected Result: Spy Master should attach to the Barracks (Legion Camp) if it is separated from the Commander by other buildings.
