Stuck in the boat :'((((((

In POE2, My character is currently stuck. I’m in Act 4, on the ship before landing at Pillage Point. I can’t teleport to town using portals, and the waypoint/teleport point also doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything to get unstuck, but nothing works.

Is it possible to move my character in an another location to get me out of this situation?
