Stuck in Aurelian map instance

Hello,
I am stuck in the Aurelian (Grand Adjudicator) map encounter in Path of Exile 2.
When I log in, I spawn inside the arena and I cannot move at all. I can use skills and open my inventory, but my character only plays a short running animation and snaps back to the same spot.
I cannot interact with anything or leave the area. Restarting the game always puts me back into the same broken instance.
Please reset this instance or unlock my character so I can continue playing.
