"Buffer Underflow" Client crash when transitioning between areas

I am reporting a recurring client crash that appears to be related to area transitions and instance streaming rather than graphics drivers or hardware instability.

When it happens
The crash most often occurs while moving between connected rooms/sections within the same map (such as temple-style layouts with many small areas). It can also happen when returning to a previously cleared section after moving some distance away. Combat intensity is not required — the crash can occur even in empty areas.

The issue becomes much less frequent if movement between rooms is slower and party members remain closer together when crossing area boundaries.

What has been ruled out
The problem persists after:

Clean Windows reinstall

Game reinstall and packcheck

Clearing all shader caches

Verifying SSD health

Stable network conditions (no packet loss during disconnects)

No GPU driver crash indicators (no nvlddmkm, DXGI, or device removed errors)

Crash dump analysis
Using WinDbg, the crash occurs inside the game executable:

MODULE_NAME: PathOfExile

IMAGE_NAME: PathOfExile.exe

FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: SOFTWARE_NX_FAULT_NULL_INVALID_POINTER_EXECUTE_c0000005_PathOfExile.exe

This indicates an invalid/null pointer execute (Access Violation 0xC0000005) within the client, suggesting a possible engine-side issue where an entity or area reference becomes invalid during or after streaming between sub-areas.

The crash pattern strongly suggests a lifetime/state management issue with streamed area or entity data during transitions.

I have attached the crash dump file with this report. Please let me know if further logs or reproduction details would help.

Thank you for your time.
