Serious bug on Aztiri's temple

I was doing Aztiri's temple with a friend, and we've entered one of those chambers with a legendary item on it, but we don't know why, on the next room it was a unique creature that somehow engaged a combat with us. Well, the case is that we couldn't retrieve the legendary item, the doors were locked, and even after we defeated the boss through the bloqued door (thanks to his fisures and my tornadoes), the doors didnt't opened.

Thankfully we could leave the instance and somehow leave the room to complete the rest of the temple, yet the legendary remained locked and bugged, and also the currency of the adjacent room was unable to use or pick up (the special one that shows up after cleaning a room)

Please, do something with this, it's really anoying.
