Major temple interaction bug

I've been getting a bug when playing co-op (via pc, steam specifically for us both) where once I open the temple I cannot interact with most unique (to the temple) objects, such as medallions or any room specific object. Checkpoints still work, medallions show on the map, but I can't do anything with any of it. It treats it as if it's not my temple.

I personally think the game thinks it's not my temple at all, because while inside the temple I can't see any of the stored medallions on the map page, and the crystals register as 0/60.

It's inconsistent, not happening every time I open the temple, but if it happens everything is inaccessible. All or nothing.

Nothing fixes it. Switching party leader, leaving the party, logging and relogging, closing and reopening the game, restarting my pc, changing settings, leaving and re-entering the temple, accessing the temple console, nothing.

I CAN still interact with the temple console just fine. However, I cannot reach any instance where my portal is open without teleporting to a teammate in that instance already. Leaving the temple in any way takes me to a new instance where the portal is closed, EVEN IF it's a new instance where I have not yet closed the temple via the console.

Any fresh instance has the door closed even if the temple console still allows me to close it.

My allies do not see the temple as theirs either, just to be clear. It's nobody's for all intent and purpose while we're inside.

Probably won't be playing the game much until this is fixed, and definately won't be opening the temple because I get stuck in alchemy rooms since I can't activate the boss and therefore the doors never open... not to mention the temple constantly degrading because I can't pick up any medallions.

Ps. I theorise it might have something to do with accessing another player's temple before opening your own, or that might make the problem worse/more likely, but for many reasons I am unable and unwilling to test this theory further.
