Is 5L Cloak of Defiance better than a 6L rare body armor with good stats?

Not sure if it was just dumb luck, but 4 out of 5 Temple's dropped Vial of Transcendence this weekend

I just got heartbreaker and rolled it nicely. I started looking at other rune daggers and saw Divinarius. Would this work nicely?

It's hard to say without knowing the stats, but in general I'd say yes.
You'll lose some damage, but gain a lot of defences. (Extra mana and mana regen are defences aswell. :P)

If you have the agnostic then the ES on the first belt is useless and you are probably better off with a rare stygian belt and abyss jewel for resists, life and mana. However they are probably ok to use for leveling prior to mapping.

Every league GGG goes in and changes things like gems and such. It's hard to say now what changes (if any) they will make that will affect this build. Rest assured that he will update the build accordingly. It's just impossible to say right now what changes GGG plan on making. They usually release patch notes prior to the new league start detailing any changes they plan on making.

A few of that changes he has on his build were recommend by players here in the forums, such as the boots and gloves. I beleive the helmet he is wearing has one of the new elevated mods on it you can only get from a Maven orb. You don't have to go with these changes as they can be pretty expensive.
