It's not bad to have, can probably do it and be fine, i've only tested it on a haste head piece. I normally said ideally it'd be best on a 50% aura but i still have 36hp leftover. So it's up to you. adjust your clarity down or up depending on your leftover hp.

Around 68 when you get your coruscating elixirs, victario's influence, prism guardian and alpha's howl.

So-So, the reserve is alright but you don't really need it. Also the es you'd gain from a presence of chayula is more than that amulet.
