[3.2] Lifting's Frost Blades & Dual Strike Champion | Fast Mapper & High Single Target DPS!

EDIT: NVM I have been playing the build using double strike instead of dual strike haha. I do kinda like it better though :p

Hi Lifting,
I am trying this build on standard.
It seems to perform well, at the moment I am lvl 80 and I am doing T10 maps.
PoB says my dps is 290k. Is it too low? if yes am I doing something wrong?
My items I believe are ok for this build, but yes I cannot go over 290k dps.
Do you have suggestion? Please let me know.
