How are we able to run 5 auras?

How are you supposed to get max endurance charges using that PoB? I can maintain 1-2 endurance charge in the maps thanks to 5% on kill but that seems unreliable to me.
Other than that you lose all charges when fighting bosses. |

Please help, I'm lvl 79 and can't beat Uber lab, don't know what is wrong with my build.
