May or may not be a bug, but the Caster mastery that grants 25% chance to open chests on spell cast causes Merveil's Daughters to not spawn in Act 1 if their chest is opened this way.

There seems to be a lot of server stutter/lag spikes right now.. hope its something that can be fixed, confirmed with other in global chat so its not just me thats experincing it
