Trade Issue - "Not in the same league"

I guess this problem is still not solved.
I still get the same error message. "You must be in the same league as the seller to direct whisper them" |

It's almost like an automated, in game auction house (which people have been asking for) would solve a lot of these issues instead of the barebones web portal nonsense we're currently forced to use!
