Question about guild recruitment

Hi, I've taken some flack recently while trying to recruit ppl in my guild in the french global chat. I merely want to build a small but lively community centered around POE2 and was wondering where should I look for new member if not in the game chat ?
I mean one message every 5 to 10 minute isn't that much of a spam.
So, where does one post recruitment ads in POE 2?
