Question about movement speed

Hello guys.
While checking on builds on poe2.ninja I see that most Amazon & Deadeye players have around 150 movement speed while on my character I only see around 60, which is strange because I have pretty much the same passive skills and similar gear.
Also when I check my own character on poe2.ninja the movement speed I have is correctly reported on the website.
I's quite puzzling to me.
Can someone explain please?

What is your IGN?--so I can find you on ninja. My profile shows I have over 150% MS as well. Maybe it starts at a baseline of 100%.

Actually now it shows I have 155% movement speed which is false.
In game I'm around 60%

It appears the ninja website takes 100 as base.

60% more speed is 160% speed. Isn't?
