Introduction
Hey there, I am Tim and I have played PoE for more than 10 years. I focus on mapping and have done a lot of self-made builds over the years. I want to have an AFK experience while playing the game, watching TV shows on the side, etc. That means tankiness, good recovery, good damage, and only one button to click for me :). This is my second forum Guide. My First Guide is about league Starting as a Summoner. Maybe check it out! https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3471734 In this particular build I want to focus on a build that works well as a second build in a league with some currency to spent and the goal to blast content quickly while chilling.
The Idea and goal of the build
I want to play an autobomber that feels tanky and still does good bossing dps. By dropping the tripple damage staff and instead going for crest of desire we are free of the usual constraints of auto-bombers. We combine this with Lots of Minions to boost us. In The end we avoid most of the pitfalls of a normal auto-bomber and become something better !

How Herald of Thunder works
1.: The Basics Herald of Thunder is a fast hitting auto-targeting-ability. It is hard to scale since its neither a spell nor an attack. It Scales of quality and global damage sources like shock or global gem levels. 2.: More Indepth-Starting the Loop Herald of Thunder should be combined with Inpulsas broken heart. All shocked enemies explode ! But since Herald of Thunder cant shock itself you’ll have to find another source of shock. Step 1.: Manually cast a Shocking skill (Shock Nova is BIS in my opinion) Step 2.: Herald of Thunder triggers and acitvates „Storm Secret“ which damages us. Step 3.: Cwdt triggers and Crackling Lance of Branching triggers- effectively shocking the whole screen Step 4.: See the whole screen explode, the chain has now started- no need to manually cast again.
General Stuff about the build
1.: Spectres ! (All in Perfect) Primal Thunderbird; Guardian Turtle; Blasphemer; Spirit of Fortune - If you dont have the gem levels yet- go for a "They of Tul" instead of a "Primal Thunderbird" as they are way tankier and do the same roughly 2.: AG Checkout the AG Build setups. I am using a more basic setup in this guide. Also leave a comment ! 😊 feedback is always nice. 4.: Gem Setup Keep an Eye on the Notes/ Gem changes, both versions are a little different 5.:Map-Mods this build cannot run t16: "!eec|tal d|s rec|o al|ail" t17: "!eec|f el|o al|s rec|fif|lm|ever" - Simply go to https://poe.re/#/maps and copy paste this under the "mods I don't want" Menu on Map mods 6.: How to craft the gloves (easy) Step 1.:Use the following trade search. https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Mercenaries/wEyOm3RTb Step 2.: Deterministically Harvest-Reroll the Alva/res mod to 48-50% inc hit damage against chill; Step 3.:Deterministically craft Aspect of the spider by getting the beasts: "Fenumus, First of the Night"+ "Black Mórrigan". (Be Carefull: chaos res required) Step 4.: Finish of the craft with the inc damage when using flasks bench-craft - Simply lower the Max Life on the gloves in the search if you want them cheaper.

Great build!
I'm starting late in this league. Could you recommend a league starter build with a similar purpose to yours (zero clicks), but for someone starting with only 1 div? And ideally something I could transition into your build later on. |

Thanks for the guide, I'm trying to follow the medium budget version but the glove with aspect of the spider+ implicit is so expensive. Is aspect of the spider a must?

" Ive updated the guide under the "general" section with a guide on how to craft the gloves. -Check it out :).- You can deterministically craft Aspect of the spider! dont buy gloves with it. Perhaps simply skip the step 1 if you want to pay overall like 3 div for the craft. :D |

" hey there, I checked it out and i would do the following 1.: Change the 3 aura effect nodes on the left- You are missing both important runegrafts! 2.: Reroll Gloves with harvest etc/ also the craft to max-out both dmg rolls 3.: get two 50% frequency Storm secrets 4.: a 50% inc damage implicit impulsas 5.: your gem setup is a little outdated, check the current one on the medium budget one! 6.: Make sure to run the perfect blasphemer/ other spectres 7.: Set aspect of spider webs to 4- its the level 30 version 8.: Your GLOVES have no implicits mate KEKW - Allright, thats all the fine tuning you can do until you swap to the bigger budget. should go to roughly 15-16 mil แก้ไขล่าสุดโดย Zurku351#2127 เมื่อ 7 ก.ค. 2025 11:58:32

Just finished leveling and I'm ready to start the build. Currently on the gloves and I'm confused how we reroll the cold mod when the “Reforge a Rare item, keeping Prefixes, with a Cold modifier” is not in 3.26 or at least I don't see it.
What would you suggest? Thanks. |
