Just finished leveling and I'm ready to start the build. Currently on the gloves and I'm confused how we reroll the cold mod when the “Reforge a Rare item, keeping Prefixes, with a Cold modifier” is not in 3.26 or at least I don't see it.

What would you suggest?

as for the shocks spreading, it just helps with clear. When an enemy explodes from the inpulsa's pop it counts as a "hit" which can shock with enough chance to shock therefore can chain endlessly with 100% chance to shock.

also, Mr. Tim, https://pobb.in/KHEOJa60UdkG My damage isnt quite reaching yours no matter how i adjust the config in pob. Even with adjusting for charges and gound effects you still have about 800k more hit damage than me. I am trying to run it down.

also trying to afk simulacrums my spectres have trouble staying alive. I think its chaos damage doing it. any tips?

Hey there, thanks for helpig out the other people. As for your questions! In General you mixd the versions and added some of your own idead which results in some problems.

About your Character:
ou have the wrong annoint (which would account for somthing)
- Your Herald is lvl 20
- You are missing a Jewel on the right side
- Your reservation runegraft is pointless once you swap to Eldritch battery, you can reserve down to 100%
- The build isnt optimized for Mageblood since it cant run puritys and you likely need a phasing flask for qol. Its doable in general however.


As for the Minions:
- They lack lvls with your low lvl empower/ No corrupt on the armor.
- You dont have lingering on your consecrated ground and therefore your minions lack regen. You NEED rational doctrine if you are gonna drop the regen cluster of the medium budget version.

I apppreciate the look. I am optimizing the build without charges as charges only hurt in juiced content and alters. Also I dont see any "regen" clusters in any of the pobs.

The reservation rungraft is needed to run arctic armour(25%), tempest shield(25%), Herald(25%), and Aspect of the spider(32.5%). Unless you are doing it some other way?
