It's absolutely not "few nodes in ES". It's from 30 nodes to 40 nodes.

it heavily depends on build you are playing. SOme having a blast and all game is fast and ez and you oneshot screens. Other crawl around, figthing blues and rares and taking minutes on bosses.

It's just attack weapon scaling is extremely high, and its even more blown on a trade. +200% of LOCAL(!) weapon damage is already absolutely rediculous. Combined with LOCAL(!) phys damage - it's just op already at this point. Then add LOCAL(!) attack speed on a the same weapon (not even a preffix to compete). And then add +levels. It's overall ~10-12x of white base just by eye.
And add rings/gloves (and quivers for bows) to attack builds... other archetypes are not even close to these scalings.
Game too fast? It's fatigue inducing.

I can hardly finish campaign each league it is so tedious, boring, unrewarding, not challenging or engaging. Takes too long, act 1 is fine and should be the duration of each act but act 2 onwards you get 50000 maps that are the size of a continent and make no sense to exist even in the story.

Then the current endgame. I play 6-7maps, see no citadel, log off. I'm not gonna play 50 maps in one direction to attempt one boss once, some people dont even get to play that much over 4 months with regular gametime, you should expect an average of 2-3maps completed a day for an average player.

Endgame is already a slog, sure it is too fast in maps itself with how the game is a boring 1button zoom slop fest atm but the reward progression is tedious and slow, burns you out and does not even reward time spend. You chase around 5000 maps like a headless chicken hoping for a dopamine hit there is no real carrot, no consistent reward. Even the atlas progression is pure rng, what a terrible system and the player retention shows it, PoE is killing itself and soon you will have 1000 "haha d4 bad" people where as d4 will be the king of the genre somehow making all the profit.
I seriously don't get these types of posts. Equip a magic weapon from Act I if you are looking for a challenge. Remove your boots or get no movement speed boots if you think you're moving too fast. Play a slow build. Play SSF. There are plenty options to take your experience back to 0.1 difficulty. Why do you want everyone else to suffer with you. lol

There's something like "trade" and economy.
Game need to be balanced around it's design and not around the worst casual players who can't even learn boss properly.

slowing down or playing different builds throw you out from trading - one of the major elements of poe 2.
It's not a option to play worse not zooming builds.



Campain is best what this game have to offer - but due to zooming we can't enjoy it anymore. It's to trival and washed out from it's prime 0.1 meaningful difficulty..

and yes - it's tedious for casuals and players whom want to zoom
but not for experienced players who want to learn and enjoy this peak difficulty - which was a promise and core design of the game that make it different than poe 1.

I agree with you on some stuff on this forum, i have no animosity toward you as I think you are balanced and not a troll.

It's not an attack, nor anything personal.

I genuinely belive that making this game slower than it currently is, is a very bad idea.


I must admit this feeling is mutual. We just can't agree on the right pace of the game. I simply hope that GGG adds enough options to the atlas to make both of us happy.

it cannot be acomplish as if zoomer want to complete map in 1-2 minutes - the slower and more methodical balance is not able to complete map in 1-2 minutes unless you ignore mobs or reduce them to just few per map.

It removes you from trade and community as you will not be able to progress to the end-game as finding pinnacle bosses will take much,much,much more time than zoomer due to how end-game mapping pinnacle bossing work

+1.. difficulty erased entire end-game meaning. We are to fast to strong. Zooming should be possible after ending the pinnacle bossing.
And i mean.. without trading. There's no need to trade more than 1-2 divines - to zoom trough map and trivalize bosses
