Game occasionally freezes for 40ish seconds then proceeds into loading gears

Try it with turn off Nvidia Reflex

So I did an experiment and every time my game freeze, I would change one setting at a time (I changed every setting to every possible option provided)

Nothing worked

The reason I'm 100% sure it's NOT from my end, is that I run every other game with max settings no problemo, but this game is just special isn't it
