Prioritizes int and int/str items

Includes all items that could be valuable as top-tier items. Includes normals of many bases that would be good with high rolls and/or sockets. Includes some items valuable for tricks and recipes. For a collector/crafter/bargainer. Not for cruising through maps and taking only most valuable.

Skips more items than my usual for chracters built for faster mapping.
