Loving the build, playing it on essence and just got my helmet + shield, rocking 40k dps per totem in town with no buffs, the helm added 20k on its own.

Do you think voidheart is still worth going considering the hotfix that just came out today?

Fixed an issue with Voidheart's Chance to Poison on Melee Hit always applying poison. This will fix all Voidhearts acquired since 2.4.0 was released.

I played with BoR in the begining of the league (lucky drop), but it's hard to pass the 40% increased life + flasks / resists bonus from Belly.

This is not to say BoR is not viable - it carried me well into t7s+ without any problems, and I could've gone alot higher with that setup - but I advice you to aim for switching to Abyssus + Belly eventually.

According to today's patch notes, Voidheart is now properly nerfed.
From a quick test this morning - it is somewhat useful even in its current form, but a well rolled ring with physical is better and switching to steel rings will be probably the way to go.
