[outdated] King of the Forest (Crit version)

Hi!

New player here, Started playing a week ago.
Been following this build since i decided to make a shadow, so far so good got some chaos and purchased the recommended items and followed the skill tree. Just want to get some tip to what i need to upgrade next and a good farm location ( never gotten a exalt drop ;-; ).

Buff with Blood rage 4 frenzy 4 power charge with ice golem.

I would urge to use the glove as early as possible(reach lvl requirement) can get it easily as low as 1 chaos. The sooner you learn and get used to the playstyle, the better your endgame will be due to practice.

And there is no neex to gran frenzy charge & duration node before using snakebite. Before getting toxic delivery, poison is about 15-20% of your dps, after you took it, its 40-60% of your damage depends on your crit. So its significant I would say.

I play with frenzy charges on another build, so it won't be entirely alien. I picked up that node anyway as I wasn't sure what the priorities are with the tree. I have the gloves and helm for the build already waiting. using a drillneck now, but don't have the +1 arrow version yet as only have 1 EX so far.

does the build build up enough attack speed to make slower projectiles good? I tried it out and although it hits hard, it moves far too slow right now!

Hello guys, i'm loving this build. Clearing maps with few mouse clicks since 66 (lioneye 4L).

I was thinking about LA 5L being more than enough for clearing mobs and getting 6L Opus + GMP/LMP over 5L reach.

I'm loving big crits with barrage and 6L Opus is only 1 more ex than 5l Reach.

Wow, I bought mine for 4.5ex like a week or so ago.

Dropped from my third council kill. I would highly recommend sinking chaos into Silver Coins while you map and do the prophecy chains for the keys to Pale Council.

I can generally push out 1-2 full sets in a day of mapping (4-6 hours) without putting a massive amount of attention into it. Also youll hit a high value prophecy every once in a while and the little Twice Enchanted or Master rep that kinda pay for the coin investment.



I used this the second i switched over from Bladefall to LA/Barrage all the way up until i got this Reach. I had no intention of buying a Reach, and from the video comparison and personally being able to test it and feel the difference. Its above marginal, like upgrading to +1 Drillneck (which i still dont have...actually the next thing i was going to purchase and had the currency for it but this fucker took about 400 fusing before i saw the first 5 link..nevermind the 700 at QoTF or anything :$)

hi very nice guide and very nice build indeed,my only real problem was to get all these life nodes.so i decide to try the same concept with CI instead of life. at lvl 79 i have 7.728 es and the damage is preaty close to the original build here are my gear and my tree if u care to take a look and maybe advise me on what can i do to do it better
