" Is there a way to get that 20% Reduced Damage craft on the shield? If not, is the 5% Reduced Damage still good enough or should I opt for Rise of the Phoenix? Edit: Also, I don't want to sound like an assh*le but if you are going to update the build, remove the Legacy items. Edit2: Which one is better to annoint? Divine Judgement or Breath of Flames?
